Choose images

How to use it

  1. Upload an image.
  2. Press Flip Horizontal, Flip Vertical, or both.
  3. Download the flipped image.

Supported formats and limitations

  • Flipping re-encodes JPEG output, so a small quality loss is possible at low quality settings.
  • Text in the image will read backwards after a horizontal flip โ€” that is the intended effect of mirroring.
  • Limits: 20 MB per file, 100 megapixels, batch maximum 10 files where batch is offered.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between flip and rotate 180?

Rotate 180 turns the image upside down; a flip mirrors it. A vertical flip plus a horizontal flip together equal a 180-degree rotation.
