Supported formats and limitations
- Custom-angle rotation re-encodes the image, so JPEG output may lose a little quality.
- For JPEG output, empty corners use the background colour; for PNG/WebP they stay transparent.
- Limits: 20 MB per file, 100 megapixels, batch maximum 10 files where batch is offered.
Frequently asked questions
Does rotating by 90 degrees lose quality?
For JPEG output there is a small re-encoding loss. For PNG/WebP output the pixels are rearranged without lossy compression at quality 100.
